Cmentarz nr 395 w Karniowie znajduje się po lewej stronie drogi z Czulic do Kocmyrzowa, widoczny zaraz po pokonaniu wzniesienia. Obecnie cmentarz to niewielki obiekt ogrodzony współczesnym metalowym płotkiem. Na środku znajduję się metrowej wysokości cokół na którego szczycie stoi rzeźba sokoła (może orła). Na cokole mało czytelny napis:

OJCZYZNĘ.

Stan zachowania obiektu kiepski, widoczne pęknięcia na cokole, napis nieczytelny, zaprawa z rzeźby sokoła odpada. Druga sprawą pozostaje fakt, iż pierwotnie obiekt wyglądał całkiem inaczej, co ilustruje zamieszczone poniżej zdjęcie archiwalne. Cmentarz w obecnym kształcie jest efektem przebudowy, która nastąpiła już latach dwudziestych XX wieku. Pierwotny wygląd był zdecydowanie bardziej okazały, może warto by go przywrócić.

Z okazji 100-lecia odzyskanie niepodległości pomnik został lekko odnowiony, choć oczywiście nie ma tu mowy o jakiej rekonstrukcji cmentarza.
